Matching to the railcars M 152.0 were supplied trailers of the type Blm, which are similar in structure and appearance of the railcars. Two trailers could be accompanied each railcar. The CSD also used the trailers in locomotive-hauled passenger trains.

Attention: When operating on digital systems, the control coach must be equipped with an appropriate decoder. Please refer to the operating instructions!
