Variant of the DB class 216 in beige-blue paint scheme. The class V 160 or 216 was the express locomotive for lines without catenary wire on the German Federal Railroad in the 1960s and 1970s. The model of this important vehicle type not only fills a gap in PIKO´s N assortment, but will also enrich many model railroad layouts of epochs III to V with numerous variants.
