Form variant of the class 200.1 with the special features of Era IV. After the introduction of the DB´s new class scheme, the class V 200.1 was redesignated as the class BR 221. The PIKO model has a PluX22 interface for uncomplicated retrofitting of a digital decoder. The retrofitting of sound with the largest possible speaker is prepared.
